On deciding to take the next step to health and fitness we will get started on setting short term and long term goals. Your workouts will be based around those goals, progression will be monitored and based on this workouts will be updated to keep the results consistent.
3. Food for thought and thought for food
Throughout training I can give nutritional advice, helping you achieve healthy eating habits and an understanding of what foods support your body.
5. Continual training and professional development
I regularly attend professional development courses in the area of fitness, health and movement. The knowledge and skills I gain from this will be passed on to you, ensuring a quality service.

Taster sessions are a relaxed, friendly way to get an idea of the training you could be doing. They allow us to work out what your goals are and what direction we should be developing.
There is no hard sell. I have different clients who have different training requirements, from advanced to beginner. I am flexible to your needs.
