1. Initial consultation and no obligation taster session

The initial consultation is your chance to have a taster training session – for you to experience the training I can offer you - whether this be Pilates or Personal Training and talk about the next step!

2. Time to set those goals

On deciding to take the next step to health and fitness we will get started on setting definite short term and long term goals. You will have a programme devised for you based around those goals, progression will be monitored and the training programmes updated to keep the results consistent.

3. Food for thought and thought for food

Throughout training I can give nutritional advice, helping you achieve healthy eating habits and an understanding of what foods support your body.

4. Tailor-made courses and programmes

Building on my experience of working in dance, personal training and Pilates, I create a tailor made package for you ensuring you get the best results, no matter whether in the gym, outdoors or from the comfort of your own home.

5. Continual training and professional development

I regularly attend professional development courses in the area of fitness, health and movement. The knowledge and skills I gain from this will be passed on to you, ensuring a quality service.

Taster sessions are a fun, friendly way to get an idea of the training you could be doing. They allow us to work out what your goals are and what direction we should be developing.

There is no hard sell. I have different clients who have different training requirements. From advanced to beginner. I am flexible to your needs.
