Taster sessions are a fun, friendly way to get an idea of the training you could be doing. They allow us to work out what your goals are and what direction we should be developing.
There is no hard sell. I have different clients who have different training requirements. From advanced to beginner. From once per month 'catch up' sessions to bi-weekly training sessions. I am flexible to your needs.
