Here is a video I made recently to target the side of the abdominals – the obliques.
Place the hands nearer the thighs either side, not in line with the shoulders – you will feel it in your obliques more. I find this exercise very effective – let me know what you think!
Now, I’m pretty sure i made it up, but … there’s only so many variations you can do, someone ‘may’ have done before?!? Who knows!
