Excellent classes with a teacher who has a good understanding of each individual’s requirements and tailors exercises accordingly to meet their needs, whilst at the same time retaining inclusivity and ensuring that everyone feels part of the group. This is helped by classes being small and friendly, enabling personal one to one support when required. HelenMarie is a warm, welcoming, dedicated and enthusiastic teacher with a caring and supportive approach – but she challenges the class too and inspires us to keep trying! The hour really flies by, but each week I feel the benefits and look forward to developing even greater strength and flexibility through ongoing participation in these great classes.
